Portavadie Update 15th March 2020

Here at Portavadie, Loch Fyne we are closely monitoring the current and fast changing situation with Covid-19. We remain open to Dining, Spa and Leisure, the Marina and overnight guests and we are doing everything we can to provide a safe and healthy environment for our team and visitors.

What we are doing

·         Increased disinfecting of surfaces which are touched frequently – door handles, the front desk and toilets etc.

·         Colleagues have been provided with hand sanitiser and we are necessitating extra hand washing.

·         Guidelines are in place for team members not to come into work if they feel unwell or show any symptoms of Covid-19.

We ask guests to please follow the official NHS guidelines  in avoiding the virus:

·         Wash your hands with soap and water often – do this for at least 20 seconds

·         Always wash your hands when you get back to the property after being out

·         Use hand sanitiser gel whilst you are out and about if soap and water are not available (if and when possible)

·         Cover your mouth and nose with a tissue or your sleeve (not your hands) when you cough or sneeze

·         Put used tissues in the bin immediately and wash your hands afterwards

·         Try to avoid close contact with people who are unwell

Should you show any symptoms of Covid-19 please do not come to the Resort.
