Maintenance Colleague

Working within the Maintenance & Facilities team, this role would suit a person of a practical nature, with a can-do, customer-focused outlook, that likes to work both indoors and out.

 Initially working on a 1-year contract at 40 hours per week, (after a successful probationary period) this can be reviewed as the successful candidate settles into the role.

 A good knowledge of basic plumbing, woodworking, painting & electrical is a must, and any more advanced skills in either would be advantageous for the position.

 A driving license is essential for this role, to get around our properties on-site, but also to access our various staff accommodation buildings, within the nearby villages.

Relocation to the area is likely to be essential, as Portavadie is quite remote and not within most people's commuting range. Due to this, we do have various staff accommodation options at very attractive rates.

 Your transport is recommended, although not essential.
