This amazing Graduate position will be allocated to the operational departments, including Front Office Reception, Food and Beverage and Guest Services.

Each 4 month period will include a specific project brief as agreed with their line manager.

You will be required after training to provide leadership roles in complex departments.

You will be tasked with reviewing the current departmental operating procedures and asked to identify areas of improvement both in terms of revenue/ profit as well as relevant crew development and retention.

You will join each department and learn the operation from the basics on the front line with coaching by your Department Manager and

support to help you assume supervisory and management duties as required and responsibilities towards the end of each block of training.

As well as the monthly feedback and support provided by the departmental manager,

Graduate Managers will be assigned 1-1 time with the Managing Director, who will provide mentoring during your development.

Candidate Eligibility Criteria

Candidates should have graduated within the last 4 years. The minimum qualification accepted will be an HNC, but preferably an HND, degree or postgraduate degree. There will be no age limit for candidates.
